| 1 | 22.10.2021 | SZ1989 | 8.0 | Another great show during a very fine stretch of RINGS shows. Lots of solid matches here and another RINGS classic. Dijkman vs Sakata (***) - Solid opener as expected from Sakata. Works a decent match with Dijkman despite Dijkman's limitations. Haseman vs Naruse (***) - Could have been better, but Naruse and Haseman both looked competent enough. Nagai vs Kohsaka (***3/4) - Spirited match with Nagai bossing Kohsaka around a bit with kicks before Kohsaka tries to fight back. Nijman vs Tariel (**3/4) - Not very good as expected, Nijman and Tariel just sort of walloped each other for a few minutes. Han vs Tamura (*****) - A thrilling start to a legendary trilogy. Han and Tamura give us an incredible match with lots of slick moves and incredible matwork. RINGS classic. Kopylov vs Yamamoto (****) - Decent main event all things considered. Yamamoto can't handle Kopylov on the mat but is a desperate fighter trying to reclaim his status when standing up. |
