Schöner Start in die Show.
223.11.2022MooGati6.0An absolutely stellar main event, check it out. With that said, I felt almost everything else here was skippable.
323.10.2022BAILE39.0This was one great episode of Impact. Every match (ignoring the squash) was atleast great. With the obvious MOTN being MCMG VS Aussie Open.

510.10.2022arrancar5.0A show with lots of mediocre stuff and a few outright bad things, but at least with a couple of good things, too. Myers vs Gujjar was completely average, but something a ladder match involving these 2 nobody geeks was weirdly somewhat charming. They had generally fine athleticism and energy, plus solid technique and timing. I still wasn't very interested because all their ladder spots were pretty generic, but at least some of them looked moderately painful. **1/2. Grace squashing a guy -- who was relatively tall and decently muscular -- was really absurd. I know Grace is the Impact Women's champ, but c'mon. NR. Max the Impaler's hype video was pretty dorky, and WOW was that nickname a total joke. The 5-way definitely had issues but was ultimately alright. It suffered from the usual hokey and formulaic issue with multi-man matches where people just lie down outside the ring for ages before only running back in for their next spot, and their multi-man spots sometimes looked pretty awkward and/or overly choreographed, but a few times they were enjoyably creative and chaotic, and at least everyone's individual spots usually looked pretty good. Having Mia involved was just nonsensical, since her offence looked very unconvincing against the guys and I always just felt bad for her whenever she got destroyed by them. ***. The cult-style VBD vignette tried way too hard to be 'dark' and dramatic, and then them just attacking all their cult members in standard 'wrestling brawl; style looked hilarious. I couldn't take any of that remotely seriously. "Cinematic" approaches to wrestling always suck so much. Hendry's vignette was incredibly stupid but at least intentionally so and pretty entertaining as a result. Heath vs PCO was bad. The PCO-vs-HNM storyline continues to be wholly uninteresting, especially when the all the featured characters are so lame, and this resulting match was likewise very unimpressive. It was just a bunch of boring brawling and weapon attacks. PCO remains good only for taking really stupid and dangerous bumps, since his actual wrestling skills and 'monster' work remains pretty poor. Heath somehow offers even less, since I have less than 0 interest in ever seeing him on my screen again. **1/4. MCMG vs Aussie Open was literally the only moderately good match on this whole show, featuring a lot of good tag work from both teams, who did well to play off of their natural size discrepancy and produce some fun interactions. MCMG's speedy junior-style spots and exchanges were all impressive, as were Fletcher and Davis' more flashy and creative attacks. ***1/4. The contract-signing segment was pretty mixed. Moose was okay, Maclin was pretty good, and Callihan was his usual dorky, melodramatic, and faux 'CRAZY' and 'UNHINGED' self. Their big brawl at the end was nothing special. I'd be happier with just Maclin vs Moose at Victory Road, tbh.
604.10.2022PavelDragunov8.0Wow! That's a charge of emotions! Ladder Match immediately charges us for a big show and we immediately see a landmark where chaos and fun will be at the head of the show. During the show, we will still see Street Fight and spotfest, while also a very talented match for the Challenge for the IMPACT World Tag Team Titles at Bound For Glory. Of course, the show also had interesting behind-the-scenes videos and promos on the mats. The bloody signing of the contract for the match from the three aces of the promotion was also hot and as a result, the expectation of Victory Road was promoted very much and I am looking forward to the top show!

824.09.2022TeamCanadaTwoPointOh9.0This was another home run episode. IMPACT has been pretty good all summer and is into a good fall now, too. I hope the positive reviews of Mia Yim's work means she sticks around; I love that people like her and Jordynne and Masha can compete in the X-Division if they want. Oh, and if you love tag wrestling, make sure you see the main event. I didn't know Aussie Open was that good.
923.09.2022BUIOOMEGA9.0The show is absolutelly outstanding, no doubt about it, very very good show from start to finish, 9/10.
