| 23.12.2024 | ReverseFlash2002 | 8.0 | This was a good SmackDown episode! I really enjoyed the MCMG Vs DIY match and so glad DIY won the WWE Tag Team Championships and hopefully they get an actual run this time around. Bianca Vs Piper was match of the night and I really enjoyed that match. Rhodes Vs Gable in the main event was really good and glad they continue to give Gable big spots against bigger names. Overall very good episode of SmackDown. |

| 15.12.2024 | Frank Shooter | 6.0 | A good show. Mostly fine things happened here between segments and matches, but aside of Johnny Gargano's master heel turn and the surprising title change and the KO and Michael Cole car segment nothing else was on a great level. Chad Gable came here to deliver triple duty as an ironic anti-hometown heel, promoting the transfer window and put over Cody Rhodes before the Title match on SNME. Fine promo in the opening segment, really good match at the main event even without Gable hitting the same level of greatness he usually delivered before the creation of American Made and how damn OP Cody was here by no selling the ankle damage Gable did the whole match. It seems very clear that Bianca Belair was the one who attacked Jade Cargill. I'm not sure I'm digging the idea of the best wrestler of the team by far being the villain of the story, even more when Bianca is well known for being a role model for little girls. Perhaps the plan is otherwise, but the segment with Byron Saxton made her look really suspicious by trying to shut down the speculations on who was the attacker. The new Bloodline being pissed and being sore losers after WarGames makes sense to Solo's usurper gimmick. He got humbled by the real deal, so now, like a crybaby, he tries to make himself look like a danger by attacking random people on the arena. The Great NakaMuta getting out of harm's way spilling mist was a cool looking image and made him look like a legit threat by stopping the Bloodline from attacking him. The US Title tournament match was barely decent, but really mediocre, as two out of the three wrestlers in there are on a very poor level, and the other one barely got any action in it, but at least she won. Bianca vs Piper was the MOTN, surprisingly solid and well worked for just being made out of a random backstage altercation. Finally a right chance for Piper Niven to show her real talent. Kevin Owens is being portrayed like a crybaby, but he says nothing but truth after truth, and the only thing they get from me is to feel sympathy and empathy towards him. Not sure I want to see another Owens vs Sami, but he did confirm he is going after him when the right time comes. Johnny Gargano played everyone like a genius. I'm glad they went with heel DIY instead of another Ciampa vs Gargano feud. It's more refreshing and keeps developing a great story within the tag division that I hope it pays off with a banger rematch against the MCMG (and the Street Profits. They're also victims and part of this angle). Some interesting and cool things happened here, but aside of those two parts I mentioned first, nothing really great. |

| 09.12.2024 | Hollywood Hangman | 9.0 | The signing of MCMG completely resuscitated the listless Smackdown tag team division. Their title victory in that Bloodline angle in Brooklyn was an effective introductory vehicle, and it spurred on character shifts for both DIY and the Street Profits, two teams that have been swimming upstream all year and got passed by. The Will Gargano Stop Being a Mark arc having a payoff in December, and the payoff resulting in an actual title switch is a pleasant surprise and very un-HHH as he drags story beats out, milks them dry, and is hesitant to do major title switches on TV. This is the kind of thing I wish he pulled the trigger on during the Andrade/Melo/Knight program. Championship hot potato in moderation for an undercard title scene can be an effective playcall. Smackdowns tag scene is alive, heel DIY was the right move, and the Profits get to chase. Chad Gable vs Cody Rhodes was excellent. Two awesome matches on one of the better in ring Smackdowns in a while. Strong bloodline angle in the middle of the show, I think Andrade/Knight have short term upside as unlikely partners against Jacob/Solo in Roman Reigns absence. I liked this weeks episode. Gables performance showed just how much of a sleeping giant hes been over the last few months. |

| 09.12.2024 | RestlingThots | 8.0 | Not a bad episode of SmackDown. DIY really got me with their unexpected heel turn. For a moment, I thought they decided to rehash their rivalry from their time in NXT, but I'm glad they avoided that low-hanging fruit and offered something new and fresh. Something tells me RAW will exchange Gunther for Cody Rhodes, which is a shame as this will cement the World Heavyweight Championchip as a secondary title once and for all. Btw, the men's War Games match turned out to be the most injury-heavy match I can remember - three wrestlers are out indefinitely? All of this and for what? To do one of the most underwhelming War Games matches in history? Kinda feel bad for the boys. I finally started to like Kevin Owens again. The segment and match between Cody and Gable were good too. |
| 09.12.2024 | Fakhruddin Hawari | 8.0 | It's a good episode. Every match except the Women's US Championship Tournament was good in their own way; one from psychology, one from storyline angle, and one from in-ring. WWE did a good job at making Shinsuke look strong by letting him intimidate the Bloodline so they don't attack him. Another great segment from production perspective in form of Michael Cole interviewing Kevin Owens in the car. |

There had not been a live SMACKDOWN in the last couple of weeks, so WWE made sure that they raise the bar moving forward to the NETFLIX premiere. You can start to feel the real changes of the New era. |

| 07.12.2024 | robbyplaha | 8.0 | A very fun episode of Friday Night SmackDown. Started the show off with American Made making their arrival to SmackDown it seems like a trade must of went down because Chad Gable hinted at that. But a very solid opening segment they made Chad Gable seem very important, and I hope if true that he'll be on SmackDown for the foreseeable future I hope he has an important role on the show same with The Creed Brothers in the Tag Team Division. Tiffany Stratton locks herself in the next round of the WWE Women's United States Championship Tournament as she defeated both Naomi & Elektra Lopez. Bianca Belair delivers the Match of the Night with Piper Niven in a fun & entertaining women's singles match. Solo Sikoa & his Bloodline continue to run hot - shot around SmackDown as they took out throughout the night Apollo Crews, LA Knight, and Andrade creating more enemies in the process. D.I.Y. got their WWE Tag Team Titles back but in a dirty fashion as Johnny Gargano low - blows MCGM and tricks both men which allowed D.I.Y. to win the belts and cement their heel turn. Kevin Owens had an interview with Michael Cole which also hinted in the near future we'll see Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens crossing paths again. Cody Rhodes & Chad Gable delivered in a very fun Main Event. Chad Gable did a lot of damage to Cody Rhodes ankle then after the match Kevin Owens appeared and started a brawl with the WWE Champion as the show closes out. A very good show from top to bottom I'm happy that trades are gonna happen from all three brands to freshen up the shows which are needed. Very happy how SmackDown been since their arrival back to the USA Network. |
| 07.12.2024 | cardscheduletochange | 8.0 | Another GOOD Smackdown two very good matches and a surpise title change setting up SNME & The Netflix Era With Transfer Portal Shaken Up The Roster. |
| 07.12.2024 | QueirosS | 7.0 | An enjoyable show, all four matches were at least decent, the Bianca one was the better one. There was a surprise heel turn plus a title change which is always good. Solo had his best promo yet. |
| 07.12.2024 | UltraMark1 | 7.0 | Pretty fun show except the opening womens match which was pretty bad but gable cody was fun as was the tag team title match |

| 07.12.2024 | Rocky7 | 7.0 | The big talking point here was the full heel turn by #DIY to steal the tag titles away from the Motor City Machine Guns, and it appears we have another talent swap, as Chad Gable was in the main event and Gunther also appeared. In-ring, Belair vs. Niven was the highlight. |
