| 17.10.2022 | PavelDragunov | 7.0 | The Aussie Open works wonders and starts its journey with titles with a victory. A very well-worked match where there was aggression, energy and intrigue, albeit minimal. I would like to say only the best laudatory reviews and of course see what happens next. West Coast Wrecking Crew will once again try their hand, but for now they are weaker. |

| 25.09.2022 | kford13 | 8.0 | This was intense, fun, and had me and the crowd believing we were on the verge of seeing new champions crowned. Something I? ve noticed is how generous Aussie Open are with their opponents, and it makes their matches so much better. WCWC delivered a tremendous performance in their own right and the layout of their match turned the crowd in their favor. One of my favorite STRONG matches of the year, capping off one of my favorite episodes of the year. |

| 15.09.2022 | norahdarp | 7.0 | I felt that was a good Strong Openweight Tag Team Championship match that ended really strong, no pun intended. There were some heavy moves, including a kick by Fletcher to Jorel Nelson that looked nasty. 7/10 |
| 12.09.2022 | TheLegitBoss | 8.0 | Very good match that exceeded all expectations between these two great teams because despite their status and their talent I didn't think they would have such a good match in the NJPW Strong setup, finally it's the most qualitative match we've seen in this program for a few months so kudos to these four guys who really went out of their way to give us something of this quality. Aussie Open is truly on the run of their lives and they couldn't have started their run with these titles any better than with this first title defense (second, actually), against what is surely the second best team in this roster behind the champions so I was expecting a lot from this clash and it was even better than I had hoped. Big match, big sequences, big nearfalls, big crowd, loved this for real. |
| 12.09.2022 | Giulien | 6.0 | A pleasant main event here for the newest Strong tag teams, good exchanges and a very disputed contest. 3, 25* |
| 12.09.2022 | Dragon Master Adam | 8.0 | Its an Aussie Open match so of course its going to be a banger! Great sequences in this one, from both teams. They're probably the two best consistent tag teams on Strong and they proved it in this match! ****1/4 |
| 11.09.2022 | FuttockOhio | 9.0 | Aussie Open are proving that they are probably the best tag team around and WCWC proved that they can hang with the best. The pacing of the match was pretty quick as well |
| 11.09.2022 | BUIOOMEGA | 9.0 | I think Aussie Open are one of the best tag team of these last years; what a year this 2022 too for them. Great match. in just 10 minutes. |
