The pacing was odd and stagnant at points, and the action itself isn't particularly smooth in its progression (though there are certainly some strong moments) and, ultimately, neither wrestler comes across particularly well."

Giulia and Trish showed a very interesting dynamic, with Giulia doing more technical and smooth stuff while Trish showed all her physical and imposing style, the match booking was great, and they played their roles perfectly, like a proper title match. [4.0] "Kind of shocked at how well received this has been. Did everyone really watch the same match? Giulia did a fine job but Trish was so sloppy and weak looking that it really took me out of it. I've never seen her work before so maybe this was an off night but the slaps to the belly could not have been softer and the cattle mutilation just looked awful. Giulia is of course a star and Trish may very well become one someday but this wasn't it."

Giulia can be brilliant, her performances can be best in the world, but Trish Adora is just not there. She got out of position in a bunch of spots and ruined drama building moments. Could have been brilliant, considering how loud the crowd got for her entrance, instead what you got was a disappointing, if albeit hard hitting, match."

Giulia ließ Adora trotzdem einer waschechten Bedrohung ausschauen, was sich in den meisten Fällen letzterer Karriere bisher eher andersherum gestaltete. Both are super strong which made the match spots really cool. The moment that Trish Adora kicks out at number one was simply impressive and after that Giulia gets the victory, a really cool match."
[8.0] "One of the best matches of the night in all honesty, I'm surprised the rating isn't higher. This went super fucking hard in the short time that it lasted, and I'm convinced that if this went 5 minutes longer then we could've been looking at a full on MOTY contender. This is the first time I've seen a Giulia match, and a Trish Adora match for that matter, and seeing how much she gets hyped up, I was expecting big things. And she is so fucking good bro, and this made me want to check out more of her stuff. They managed to tell a great story of Giulia using her wits and technical wrestling skills to counter the raw power of Trish, and it was super compelling to watch. Really great match overall, and the 3rd best on this card. ****1/4"
[8.0] "A fantastic match and an early contender for MOTY for North American women's wrestling. Trish Adora has been a standout in ROH of late, and this is the type of match that can put her on the map. Hardhitting, dynamic, smooth - Trish showed up big to come to the level of Giulia. A nice slow build up and one of my favorite defenses of the Strong belt by Giulia. 4/5"
[6.0] "Decent match between the ladies. Like the handshake bluff by Giulia. Giulia is such a character, I like her. Trish Adora is very impressive here and mad props to Giulia for making her a million bucks. I don't even know Adora, but I think she would do a lot of mistakes if paired with someone who is not as good as Giulia. Adora obviously a bigger girl, relying on her strength in this match. However, Giulia using her wits to outsmart her. Giulia's fighting spirit like no selling a German Suplex is such great to see. Giulia winning the match as it is as I believe Adora is not ready to become a champion yet. The handshake at the end is very adorable. ***1/2"
[8.0] "My first time seeing both Gulia and Adora wrestle and it was the best match at that point in the show. Both woman have impressed me, the match looked brutal (with great impactful moves, especially suplexes) and great mat work with impressive submissions. I really look forward to seeing more of Gulia's work."
[7.0] "Good match. Both women did well making the other look good and the crowd was really into this one. I'd be down with seeing a rematch in the future, I felt there was a lot here they could build from including the finishing stretch."
[7.0] "This was one of the best Giulia defenses in America. Crowd was behind the women and Trish also did a good job. These matches will always be capped at a certain level because the people NJPW have Giulia face are, with all due respect, not on her level. Her match vs Stephanie though, that should be GREAT, she's a different level to people like Hyan and Trish Adora. ***1/2"
[6.0] "I went 6.5/10 on this match, the ending seemed a tad too abrupt for my personal taste. The avalanche double underhook suplex getting a one count just for a plain old Northern Lights bomb to get the three count less than a minute later to me was perplexing"
[7.0] "This was a fight and a pretty good one ! The powerful offense of Trish against the fighting spirit and submission game of Giulia was a great cocktail. I want a rematch in the futur."
[8.0] "Giulia's reign and that's a bless. She just delivered yet again in the usual very good Stardom - style match and she also didn't bury the challenger at all. The kickout at one was truly unexpected, they did a good work with it. Best match of the show up to this point. ****"
