No, he shouldn't have been pushed as the top guy in the promotion, but he more than carried his end of things in the ring and he was a solid upper-mid-card attraction that could have a good match with a variety of different opponents. His run in ROH was good as well, as he had solid matches and often tried to make the up and coming stars like Matt Stryker look good in order to elevate them.
