[10.0] "This has been one of my favourite feuds on the first season of Lucha Underground. Great storyline and some of the best matches on LU history. The undefeated Mil Muertes fought the man of a thousand lifes, Fenix. Until this rivalry started Mil Muertes was undefeated, but Fenix achieved the impossible, pinning Mil Muertes. That lead to an interesting feud in which Catrina bertrayed Mil Muertes and helpt Fenix defeat his former ally on one of the best casket matches of all time. But it wasn't over, Catrina didn't turn on Muertes, she did it to make him even stronger, unleashing his true power. After some months of absence, they returned to the company, Muertes was a darker himself, more aggressive and powerful and he destroyed Fenix on a death match, powerbombing him through the roof of a room. This feud elevated Mil Muertes to a higher level, as one of the top talents of the company. All their matches were awesome, specially the Aztec Warfare, the Grave Consequences and the Death match. It's been some of the best programing of the first season of LU. I'm really invested on Mil Muertes and his future."
[8.0] "War. Das. GUT! Mil Muertes' erste große Fehde in LU hatte es in sich. Dramatik, gute Matches, und einen passablen Matchpartner in Fenix, der einen richtig guten Underdog als Counterpart dargestellt hat. Diese Fehde ist der Grundstein für Muertes' Heel-Charakter gewesen. Fenix hingegen ist für mich immer noch kein Main Eventer."

Mit Abstand die beste Fehde der ersten Staffel und - auch wenn sie vergleichsweise recht kurz war - einer der besten je geschriebenen Fehden allgemein. Die Story hat Hollywoodformat! Volle 10!"
[10.0] "Die Geschichte zwischen den drei Akteuren gehört für mich neben Alberto El Patron vs. Johnny Mundo zu den beiden besten Fehden der ersten Staffel. Sie war konsequent und logisch durchgezogen und führte mit dem Death Match zu einem guten und mit dem Casket Match zu einem grandiosen Match. Beide Daumen hoch!"
[10.0] "This is easily the best feud in LU up to this point as this feud dates back to nearly the start of Lucha Underground. They have produced many classics along the way and have been involved in the best matches with others as well. They were apart of Aztec Warfare, a CLASSIC Casket match and a hellacious Death Match. Mil was undefeated before this feud ever began and once he and Fenix started on this feud, Mil's streak came to an end, Fenix and Catrina were aligned for a short period of time only for her to turn on Fenix and to realign herself with Mik and haunt Fenix and just flat out destroy him. Although while Fenix gave Mil his first loss, this rivalry has only made Mil stronger in the process."
